For the first time, in a long time, Washington Township has a 5/0 Republican Town Council Board. This did not happen by accident. This happened because voters, residents, business owners, parents, grandparents, seniors, veterans, college students, and more, believe in what is best for the people, not big government. We have rising costs at the pump, and at the food store. We have seen decades of wasteful spending, and creative budget balancing, with COVID relief funds depleted, and public safety reserves depleted. We have seen our property taxes go up, a rising increase in foreclosures, and our seniors and veterans falling on financial hardships - as New Jersey ranks the highest in real estate taxes.
