The Washington Township Republican Organization consists of the Executive Committee and the Republican Social Club.
Republican Club Information
The Republican Club is the social part of the Washington Township Republican Organization. Republican Club meetings are held every 3rd Wednesday of each month at our Republican Headquarters located at 10 Shoppers Lane, Turnersville, New Jersey, 08012 - in the Kohl's Plaza. Please note that the club portion is open to the public, to any Registered Republican from any municipality or county.

What is a District Committee Person?
A district committeeman or committeewoman is an elected position. The typical requirements are that you are a registered voter in the district for which you want to be a committee person. Interested parties must request a committee person petition from the municipal chairman, gather a number of signatures, return the completed petition, and then get voted in on the position. Often these positions are uncontested. If you are applying when an upcoming election is not scheduled, you may be appointed to the position. A committeeman or woman represents the Republican party in their respective district. Duties of a committee leader can include: promoting party views, marketing candidates, organizing meetings, recruiting volunteers and supporting Regular Organization Republican candidates.
What is a District Captain?
Responsibilities of this post include facilitating voter registration and absentee ballot access; assisting the get-out-the vote outreach efforts; distributing campaign and party literature; promoting the Republican party; addressing voter concerns, and assisting the Committee Person as needed.
